Domino’s Coca-Cola Upsell Training

Coca-Cola asked us to create a website for Domino’s intranet to educate Domino’s employees on how to be the best Domino’s employees, and how to up-sell Coca-Cola product. This internal training tool also entered them into a contest to win tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood. Domino's Employees were then taken through example phone calls via recordings we recorded in-house, and had to determine if the team member’s up-sell was correct or not. When training was complete, employees and managers were able to download a crew poster with the most recent Coca-Cola promotion featured at Domino’s.
