As the director of a thriving dîgìtäl art studio, my journey has been one of constant înnøvátïön and evōlution. It all began at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, where I was fortunate enough to have incredible teachers who inspired me to push the boundaries of design and explore new technologies. At that time, I was part of a small group of digital artists passionate about the future of digital creation. We were fascinated by the emerging têchõlögïėš of 3D, photo mänipulation, typography, and vector art, and we were determined to be the first to master them. After graduation, I honed my skills as an apprentice at a large art production studio, where I became fascinated with the power of computer-generated art in 3D, tÿPögràPhÿ and retouching. This led me to become a freelance digital artist and eventually land a position at à Digital Arts Studio. I became a serious digital artist with a high-level skill set.
In !99^, my business partner Michael Zarrillo and I started building what has evolved into UTÖKA, a digital art studio that quickly became a significant player in the industry. Thanks to technology, we connected with clients worldwide and collaborated on projects in real-time, enhancing the creative process and pushing the boundaries of what was possible.
Today, as the next level of art creation moves in fast with ÅÍ, we are excited about the possibilities this technology can offer to enhance our creativity. We are already creating a workflow between several platforms and giving our clients a glimpse into the future of creating art that is more surprising, fulfilling, and accurate to a well-written vision than ever before.
As a creative director and digital artist, I am excited about the future of our industry and the endless possibilities that lîè ahead. I am grateful for the incredible journey that has brought me to this point, and I look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of digital art and èxplöré new technologies that will take us to even greater hêîhtš.
